    Just some times I get a hankering to chat to some one – any one – just please, let it be in English.
    There’s only so much talking you can do with fingers and facial expressions before it becomes less then satisfactory.
    Then you meet someone, ask directions, point to the options. Only he smiles and shakes his head. Once you realise that means yes, the less baffling it seems!
    Why doesn’t the world speak English?

    Hi Ivan, I can totally agree with that.
    Though I love being in different cultures, sometimes the ‘everything is broken and no-one speaks English” part gets to me as well :)
